Rachel Hough
Owner | Medical Director
Rachel Hough is the founder and owner of Monadnock Medical Concierge, LLC in Keene, New Hampshire. She started her healthcare career in 2001 as a Combat Medic in the U.S. Air Force and transitioned to a civilian nurse in 2014. Rachel holds a BA in Biology from Wright State University, an Associate’s degree in Nursing from St. Joseph School of Nursing, and a Master's in Nursing Education and a Family Nurse Practitioner Post Master’s Certificate from Rivier University. Her nursing experience spans oncology, home infusion, school nursing, and long-term care. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Rivier and has completed a specialty hydration course and a voluntary inspection with the NH Board of Pharmacy. Rachel works as a Nurse Practitioner in a Skilled Nursing Facility and serves as Adjunct Faculty at various educational institutions. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her two boys and Labrador Retrievers, Luna and Onyx.
Kelsey Trombley
Nurse Practitioner | DOT Certified Medical Examiner
Kelsey Trombley, MSN, APRN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner who takes a holistic, team-based approach to care. She believes in addressing all aspects of health—both big and small—by working closely with her patients to create personalized treatment plans that support long-term wellness. At the med spa, Kelsey provides DOT physicals, IV therapy, weight loss support, hormone therapy, sexual wellness, functional medicine, and wound care, among other services. With a background in family medicine and primary care for all ages, she combines clinical expertise with a compassionate touch. Kelsey earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2023. She also holds a Wound Care Certification (2017) and is a Certified DOT Medical Examiner (2025). Passionate about giving back to the community she loves, Kelsey is dedicated to helping patients feel healthier, more confident, and fully supported in their care.
Kathleen Ohlson
Esthetician, Certified Makeup & Spray Tan Artist
For those who don’t know her yet, Kathleen is a licensed esthetician, makeup, & spray tan artist. She is a graduate from Catherine Hinds, and is certified in advanced skincare techniques over the last 13 years. Kathleen shares a passionate about helping you feel confident and relaxed in your own skin but also specializes in acne & aging. Originally from outside Boston, Kathleen moved to Keene with her husband .
When she’s not working with her amazing clients, you’ll find her hanging out with my two goofy basset hounds, exploring fantasy worlds in books, singing along to all the Taylor Swift songs, or traveling with her husband and discovering the best local eats.

Registered Nurse
With 33 years of nursing expertise, Melissa has dedicated her career to specialties like Medical-Surgical Nursing, Labor & Delivery, Rheumatology, Outpatient IV Therapy (12 years), Pediatrics, and School Nursing. Her passion lies in private practice, where she values the opportunity to provide one-on-one, individualized care that truly makes a difference.
Melissa is driven by her genuine love for helping others feel better and guiding them toward becoming the healthiest versions of themselves.
When she’s not at work, you’ll find her enjoying family time, especially with her 4 grandchildren, or indulging in her hobbies like baking, camping, and hiking.
Lexie
Licensed Practical Nurse
Lexie is a Licensed Practical Nurse and aesthetic nurse injector with a passion for helping clients feel naturally confident and beautiful in their own skin. With nearly three years of nursing experience and a background in rehab and skilled care, she discovered her true calling in aesthetics—where science and self-love come together. Lexie brings a gentle touch, a detail-oriented eye, and a genuine dedication to creating personalized treatment experiences that enhance her clients’ natural features.
Outside the treatment room, Lexie also runs her own photography business, capturing life’s most meaningful moments through her lens. Whether she’s behind the camera or working with patients, her goal is always the same: to show people the beauty she sees in them. A proud girlfriend, sister, daughter, and dog mom to Whiskey, Lexie lives on a dairy farm and embraces a busy but fulfilling life filled with family, friends, and plenty of country concerts.

Shelby Sheridan
Licensed Massage Therapist
Shelby Sheridan has been a licensed massage therapist since 2016. She specializes in relaxation, deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage, TMJD (temporomandibular joint disorder) release and myofascial release. Each massage with Shelby is customized to the client’s needs and preferences. She enjoys helping clients and educating them about self care techniques, in order to prolong the benefits of the massage.
Shelby attended the River Valley Community College Massage Therapy program and graduated in December of 2015. During her last semester she worked at Hermitage Club Spa in Vermont and interned at Deep Roots Massage in Keene. After graduation she moved on to work at Deep Roots full time for three years. In addition, Shelby has taken over 35 hours of continuing education. These experiences allow her to work with a variety of clients and assist them in their efforts to achieve the most benefits of their massage therapy sessions.
